  • Dues are non-refundable, either in full or in part, with the following exceptions:
    • If a player sustains an injury that prevents them from competing for the entirety of the season.
    • If a player relocates more than 100 miles away from the team’s base in Mt. Holly, NC.
  • In the aforementioned exceptional cases, a refund will be processed after the conclusion of the affected season.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the website or purchase of products or services.
  • The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the products or services purchased.
